Shipping Information
In-stock items are generally shipped within two business days following the receipt of your order. We ship via USPS and UPS Ground. UPS orders should be receive within 3-5 days of the day the items are shipped. USPS orders will take a little longer.

You will be notified by email or phone within 24 hours of receipt of your order if there will be a delay in shipping. If you order an item which is temporarily out of stock, we will place your order on hold and ship it once this item is back in stock.

Items shipped outside the United States may require additional shipping charges and longer delivery time.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your punchneedle items! If you aren’t completely satisfied, return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase in original condition with all packaging intact, and we will gladly exchange your purchase or refund your credit. Note: for instructional materials (books and DVDs) we will replace defective merchandise. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
